Rental agreement with 2 months termination notice condition. First month advance payment (up front) plus 2 months security deposit.
Fair market value of monthly rental amount will be determined and negotiated with the potential tenant or his/her real estate agent.
The price depends on the payment type, duration of the lease, inclusion or exclusion of utility bills etc. We are very flexible.
